For a landlord, joining Kyasina and listing their properties is free. We only charge a commission of 8% once we are able to bring you a paying tenant.
Our comission rate is matched with the standard broker commisison, but you get better visibility and an easy process to find tenants - due to our scale of marketing and brand.
